Pete Sonntag is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Whistler Blackcomb. A life-long skier, Pete has held many key leadership positions within the Vail Resorts portfolio including roles at Beaver Creek, Vail and Keystone. Most recently, Pete served as the Senior Vice President of Vail Resorts’ Tahoe California region and Chief Operating Officer of Heavenly. Pete began his ski career as an instructor for the Beaver Creek Ski and Snowboard School. A proud hockey dad, Pete and his family already have a strong connection to British Columbia where his children attend the Pursuit of Excellence Hockey Academy in Kelowna.
Pat Campbell
President, Mountain Division, Vail Resorts

Pat was appointed President, Mountain Division in August 2015. Previously, she was Executive Vice President since October 2013 and has been Chief Operating Officer of Breckenridge Ski Resort since October 2009. Prior to that, Pat was Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Resort for three years. Pat joined the Company in July 1999 as the Director of Ski School at Breckenridge and she has more than 30 years of expertise in the ski industry and senior management, holding various roles from her start as a Ski School Instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in 1985. Pat serves as a member of the board of the National Ski Areas Association and of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. When not travelling to all of our resorts, Pat and her husband Nick are raising two teenagers, Phoebe and Phin, in the mountains of Colorado.
The Whistler Chamber AGM will be held after the Power Lunch on November 22, 2018 at 2.15pm at The Four Seasons Resort Whistler.
As a result of the Director vacancies that will be created at the end of 2018, the Whistler Chamber of Commerce in accordance with its Bylaws, sought nominees for Board of Director positions to fill for a three year term of office commencing January 1, 2019. Nominations were accepted from Wednesday, September 26 to Tuesday, October 23, at noon. The Whistler Chamber board has four Director positions to fill and received six nominations in total.

The formal business of the Annual General Meeting will include the report of the Board, consideration of the financial statements and the appointment of the auditor. The membership at large will also vote to confirm the 2019 Board of Directors and meet the members who will represent the Whistler business community in 2019. Following the official business of the AGM, the CEO and team will report on highlights from the 2017-18 year and what to expect from the Whistler Chamber in 2019.
