A closer (and creative) look at strength-based leadership
Most people do not come close to making full use of their strengths. Yet years of unassailable research have shown that individuals and teams that play to their strengths significantly outperform those that don't. Based on Marcus Buckingham's ground-breaking work on strengths-based leadership, this session will help you uncover and leverage your strengths while managing around weaknesses for improved workplace performance and engagement. Walk out of this event empowered to vividly describe your strengths, gaining a larger perspective on how they affect your on-the-job performance and establish links between strengths-use and employee engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
