Description
The most successful people have strong professional boundaries—and now it’s your turn.
If you’ve ever felt stretched too thin, struggled to say no, or found yourself constantly giving more than your role requires, this workshop will help you reset. You’ll learn how to confidently set boundaries at work, communicate them with clarity, and follow through—without burning bridges or feeling guilty.
This interactive session will walk you through real scenarios, guided reflection activities, and a practical 5-step framework you can start applying the moment the workshop ends.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Understand the different types of boundaries used in the workplace
- Examine why you may not have set or maintained boundaries before
- Apply the 5-step boundary-setting process and create a personalized action plan
- Learn how to navigate and address boundary breakers
