We’re a high-end photo booth company working weddings, private parties, and branded activations in Whistler and beyond. If you’re reliable, outgoing, and love being part of amazing events, this could be for you.
Paid per event: $100 for a standard 4-hour event
$25/hour for each extra hour of photo booth session booked
Flexible schedule – pick up shifts that fit your availability
Independent Contractor position – freedom to work with other companies too
Incentive Program
→ 5% of event total for every client you refer and who books
→ 50% reimbursement of liability insurance if you work 20+ events per year
Training provided – manuals, hands-on experience, and mentorship
Room to grow into an Event Manager role
Polished, personable, and calm under pressure
A strong communicator who takes pride in delivering great service
Punctual, organized, and proactive
Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods
Tech-savvy enough to operate our modern booth system (we’ll train you!)
Based in Whistler or nearby with reliable transportation
Assist with loading gear, setup, operation, and takedown of our photo booths
Interact with guests, help them have fun, and keep the booth experience smooth
Represent Flashback with professionalism, energy, and care
Follow event checklists and uphold brand standards
Eventually take the lead at events (if desired) as a solo operator
Must work as an Independent Contractor
Have or be willing to obtain $2M liability insurance
Have reliable transportation
Be available for evening and weekend events
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
