Manager of Fundraising and Community Engagement

WCSS is hiring a Manager of Fundraising and Community Engagement and we want to meet YOU!

COMPENSATION: $34/hour

HOURS: Part-Time, 24 hours/week

BENEFITS: Eligible after 3 months, Wellness Benefit of $575 to promote healthy living and encourage engagement in sport, exercise, recreational activities, and mental wellbeing

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Vulnerable Sector Check completed upon hiring.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Fundraising & Community Engagement will use their experience understanding the unique perspective of target audiences to influence and engage community partners and donors for WCSS. Every choice you make, from engagement to fundraising efforts inspires emotions and encourages partners and donors to be curious about WCSS.

You effectively promote WCSS awareness through development of connections and attachment that lead to meaningful relationships. As an experienced and motivated fundraising professional, you will plan and implement projects designed to increase fundraising efforts. You will collaborate and support the Executive Director (ED) and leadership team using your strong leadership skills.
