The Opportunity
Step into a leadership role at the iconic Tapley’s Neighbourhood Pub & Moe Joe's Dance Bar — this hybrid role oversees two legendary venues within the same corner of the village stroll. These true Whistler institutions share the same location, demographic and goals across day and night operations. They're known for cold beer, big games, great company and warm atmospheres. As a Business Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind that lively atmosphere - keeping locals coming back and making visitors feel right at home.
You'll be supported by leaders in each venue to maintain operations on the floor, as you look to align team development, effective use of our Gibbons Business Systems and revenue growth strategies, and maintaining oversight of the businesses profit & loss trends.
