Whistler Experience Secret Shopper Contract
The Whistler Chamber is seeking Secret Shoppers to conduct secret shops in July and August 2025.
Shopper Duties:
- Complete weekly assigned shops on time as described in the shopper schedule
- Ensure that your shopping experiences and reports remain confidential
- Maintain a professional manner at all times as a representative of the Whistler Chamber
- Use gift certificates during shops when required
- Ensure a list of purchased items are provided in shopper reports. Receipts for gift card purchases must be sent to the Program Manager
Successful secret shoppers are detail-oriented, dedicated to honoring commitments and able to follow detailed client requirements.
Requirements:
- 19+
- Be available to shop 3-5 different businesses EACH WEEK from July 7 – August 31st, 2025
- Be willing to travel from Function Junction to Rainbow
- Complete 1-2 hr training course
- Great observation and written communication skills
- Access to computer to complete detailed, online report of your experience
- Complete the shop and return results by Sunday each week
- An interest in elevating Whistler’s level of service
- Be open to FUN experiences!
The Whistler Chamber of Commerce will pay you a gross amount of $20 per successfully completed shop of local activities, bars/ restaurants and retail. You will be reimbursed at the conclusion of each month.
